Can you make a jewelry piece to match my outfit?

Each piece in the clay collection is hand painted. If you would like an exact color match send a small swatch of your outfit taken from an inner seam where it will not show or fray, another idea is to match your outfit to a paint chip found in your local hardware store. Unfortunately sending a digital photo will not provide the artist with the correct color, as all computers are configured differently.

Can I pick a different color?

Each piece is handmade to order (except those found in the Strictly Unique Chic section). If you like the style but not the color of beads, wraps, chains or even center pieces, please feel free to contact the artist as most designs can be altered to suit any customer’s taste.

Can I order a different size?

What are Clay Cameos?

Through a process that the artist has developed to showcase her unique artwork, ink from an image is permanently fired into the clay. Each piece is entirely made by hand, and thus one-of-a-kind.

Is the clay jewelry heavy?

No, not at all. The necklaces, earrings, pendants and beads are hand sculpted from polymer clay, individually painted or decorated with gold/silver leaf, and fired for hardening. Larger pieces are carefully hollowed out, giving the elusion of mass. The result is a light weight, durable, elegant piece of jewelry. Because of the artistic process, each item is absolutely unique.

How do I care for my Jewelry?

• Handcrafted clay and glass beaded jewelry should be handled with care.
• Jewelry should be put on after make-up, perfume and hair products.
• Keep jewelry away from prolonged heat and sun exposure.
• Store in airtight bags to slow antiquing of wire products.
• Place clay jewelry in a hard form jewelry box when traveling or not in use.
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or harsh jewelry cleaners.
  Instead use a soft damp cloth when necessary.

What are your earring posts made of?

Attractive, secure and comfortable, earring findings are gold plated over surgical steal allowing those with general metal allergies to wear them.

What are your wraps made of?

Unless otherwise noted, top quality man made fibers are used such as Chenille. If wool, or angora is used, it will be noted for those with allergies. All our wraps are handpicked for long endurance, texture, softness and comfort.

What happens once I’ve ordered?

Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order (Except those found in the 'Strictly Unique Chic' section, these items will ship immediately).
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. In most cases, orders will be shipped in one week. Please contact us for rush order quotes.

What are the Shipping Costs?

We strongly advise that all packages be insured.

FooFooFashion will make every effort to ensure items are packaged and shipped as requested. Any damages incurred in transit or missing packages that were not insured are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

USA and Canada Packages (Domestic) under 4lb are sent UPS Standard and will have a tracking number.

International packages under 4lb are shipped USPS Global Priority and will have a tracking number. Over 4lb will be shipped USPS standard.
Any customs tariffs incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
